ORDER INQUIRIES

Why has my order been cancelled?

Unfortunately the item(s) you have ordered are no longer available. We have issued you a full  refund and you should receive your funds within 7 working days.

Can i cancel or edit my order?

We have an extremely limited time frame to cancel/edit your order. If you would like to change your  order please call us at 9988117793 within 3 hours of you placing your order. If you have placed  your order on the weekend then please call on Monday. Our Customer Service Line is open from 10am-4pm Monday-Friday.

I have received an email stating that my order has been flaggged as fraudulent

This email is legitimate, please respond at your earliest convenience or your order will be cancelled.

I have recieved an email stating that my payment is pending

We cannot ship your order out until your payment is complete. 

If you have placed your order on WeChat or AliPay please scan the QR code to complete the  payment. If you do not complete the payment your order will not be processed. 

If you have placed your order on Paypal then you may have paid with an E-Cheque. It can take up  to 10 working days for this to process. For more information please contact Paypal directly.

An item was missing from my order

We are sorry to hear about your poor experience with this order. Please email us at sagecouture265@gmail.com with a photo of the invoice you received in the parcel, your order number and the  product name of the item you did not receive so we can assist you.

I have not received my order confirmation

Please check your spam folder. If you cannot see the order confirmation then please email us at sagecouture265@gmail.com with your name, the date the order was placed and the transaction amount  so we can assist you.

My discount code is not working

If your code is unique to you, please make sure that you checkout with the email address that the  discount code is registered to. 

Please note that discount codes cannot be used with sale items and only one discount code can  be applied per order.

However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on circumstances beyond our control.

We advise our customers to follow the information on the tracking website, which we always provide after we ship our parcel. This will enable you to track your parcel and stay updated on its progress until it reaches your doorstep.

Kindly note that our operations do not run on weekends and bank holidays. If you place an order after 10:00 AM on a Friday, your order will be processed and shipped out on the next business day, which is Monday.

Do you ship overseas?

We offer delivery options for INTERNATIONAL orders and it cost Rs 2500 shipping charges.

How do i return my order ?

To return your order please post your item back to us at:

We do not offer free returns postage, however if you request an exchange we will cover the  shipping costs of sending your new item(s). Please retain your proof of postage receipt and/or  parcel’s tracking number so we can assist you in the case your parcel is delayed or missing. 

Please complete the return form you received in your parcel clearly stating your refund or  exchange request.

Please return your item(s) back to us within 14 working days. 

Please ensure your item(s) have the tags attached and are in their original condition. 

Once we have received your return parcel, we aim to process it within 7 working days. This may  take longer in busy periods.

Can i return sale item ?

We do accept returns on sale items, as long as all the tags are still attached and the item is in its  original condition.

How do i have to return a product?

You have 14 working days to return your item(s).

Have you recieved my return?

Please check your return parcel’s tracking number. If it states your parcel has been delivered then  please be advised that we aim to process your parcel within 7 working days.

I have received faulty/damaged product, what do i do?

We are sorry to hear about your unsatisfactory product. Please email sagecouture265@gmail.com with a  photo of the item(s) and your order number so we can assist you.

Is this item coming back in stock?

If the item is on sale or from a seasonal collection, for example SS21, then the majority will not be restocked. If it is from the ECO Collection we are likely to restock it. Please email us at sagecouture265@gmail.com for further details.

Can you appraise my winter item?

Unfortunately, we cannot appraise your vintage item.
