ORDER INQUIRIES
Unfortunately the item(s) you have ordered are no longer available. We have issued you a full refund and you should receive your funds within 7 working days.
We have an extremely limited time frame to cancel/edit your order. If you would like to change your order please call us at 9988117793 within 3 hours of you placing your order. If you have placed your order on the weekend then please call on Monday. Our Customer Service Line is open from 10am-4pm Monday-Friday.
This email is legitimate, please respond at your earliest convenience or your order will be cancelled.
We cannot ship your order out until your payment is complete.
If you have placed your order on WeChat or AliPay please scan the QR code to complete the payment. If you do not complete the payment your order will not be processed.
If you have placed your order on Paypal then you may have paid with an E-Cheque. It can take up to 10 working days for this to process. For more information please contact Paypal directly.
We are sorry to hear about your poor experience with this order. Please email us at sagecouture265@gmail.com with a photo of the invoice you received in the parcel, your order number and the product name of the item you did not receive so we can assist you.
Please check your spam folder. If you cannot see the order confirmation then please email us at sagecouture265@gmail.com with your name, the date the order was placed and the transaction amount so we can assist you.
If your code is unique to you, please make sure that you checkout with the email address that the discount code is registered to.
Please note that discount codes cannot be used with sale items and only one discount code can be applied per order.

Kindly note that our operations do not run on weekends and bank holidays. If you place an order after 10:00 AM on a Friday, your order will be processed and shipped out on the next business day, which is Monday.
We offer delivery options for INTERNATIONAL orders and it cost Rs 2500 shipping charges.

We do not offer free returns postage, however if you request an exchange we will cover the shipping costs of sending your new item(s). Please retain your proof of postage receipt and/or parcel’s tracking number so we can assist you in the case your parcel is delayed or missing.
Please complete the return form you received in your parcel clearly stating your refund or exchange request.

Please ensure your item(s) have the tags attached and are in their original condition.
Once we have received your return parcel, we aim to process it within 7 working days. This may take longer in busy periods.

We do accept returns on sale items, as long as all the tags are still attached and the item is in its original condition.
